Necessity to uplift the pure state of "ibadah" only for the sake of Allah Rabbul Jalil. The intent in performing ibadah must first be determined by a pure state of the heart. Thus to ensure the intention or "niya" is clear of it objective for the sake of Allah The All Knoweth, The One and Only worthy of worship. The purity of intention in performing our prayers, good deeds and continous"zkir" in remembrance of Allah Rabb ul Jalalluh. The pinnacle in "ta'at", or obedience in praising Allah and the Oneness of Him.
One of the most destructive deseases that polluted the heart is "Riya", showing off and performing of good deeds not for the sake of Allah Rabul Jalil, where "ibadah" and good deeds - sway off from the initial intention of doing good.
Having "Riya" within our inner self, our heart and soul the main cause of fatal deviation from initial "ta'at" or intention which invites the wrath of Allah Rabbul Jalal. The critical level of "riya" may contribute to "shirk" when purity of intention is clouded with wanting of praise from others but not for the sake of Allah Rabbul Jallaluh.
The dwelling for purity of intention is in our heart,our soul all within our inner self. The most pressing need to rectify the state of dilema in one's inner self is definitely a necessity.
